I built and led a North American creative team (plus global partners in Mumbai) to produce high quality carousel campaigns that elevated Kroger’s digital shelf presence. Trained the team in A.I. composite workflows to transform existing brand assets into fresh, attention grabbing carousel content without relying on costly custom photoshoots.
Objectives
Kroger business demanded a custom approach to meet and exceed category expectations. Carousels needed to utilize existing visual brand assets in creative ways, rather than leveraging content from marketing campaigns and custom photography/CGI as highly focused national brands often do.
Role & Challenges
Instituted a unified production pipeline, owned portfolio vision, asset orchestration, and final approvals, and put quality gates in place to protect brand consistency across teams and time zones.
Outcome
Kroger is already seeing the impact of powerfully designed carousel content across the online portfolio.
The program continues to progress across the balance of Kroger’s brands and products with
a target completion date less than 1 year from pilot initiation.
